The restaurant here was amazing with great food, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Continental breakfast for Platinums. Beach area, very central location really close to beach and Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica on business, and many tourist sites. Great service throughout stay.

Stayed in a well-maintained room with a balcony. The breakfasts for Platinums. This was a favourable and absolutely perfect location near to binoculars as well as a large patio “ overlooking ” the ocean which was a nice touch....  

Amazing ocean view from the balcony. The pool area was great and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although the gym was small, the equipment was new and in good condition. a fantastic...

We loved the hotel's location near the beach and within walking distance of some of the city's more interesting neighborhoods. The fact that it was right by the beach was a major advantage. Additionally, the hotel offered free and...  

Awfull! It was my worst expirience of all the time! I travel alot and it is my first check in when that stupid reception gave me single room in the far corner of the hotel with the small single bed while I fully prepaid kingsize mountain view room for me and my wife. They also gave the same room but with two small beds for my friend and his girlfriend. After the long conversation they told me that they will give me the room I was requesting on the next day. They gave me that room finaly!! In the next morning I was waiting for the breakfast to the room. When it was served I find out that almost half of it was missing and my bread and sugar bags were wet in water! :( I hoped it was their last fail, but during the check out I realised that fails will never end in this hotel. My 7night stay was fully prepaid on Booked.net, but they told me it was not. Then I brought them my booking printed from this website and they realized that it was realy prepaid. And the last thing. My price for 7nights on booking was 1100$, but they were trying to explain me that I have to pay $4500. So the whole process of that stupid check-out took my 40min time and I was close to being late to the airplane. Sorry for my english. I hope u will read this and stay in any hotel except sheraton.

Favourable location to Alternative. Relatively quiet area next to the restaurant, Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier, and the Main st shops, the beach. Beautifully maintained and newly renovated rooms, a good size bathroom. Outstanding food choice at the continental breakfast.

The value for money was great, with a comfortable room and a lovely seating area for reading. The hotel staff were friendly and informative, making me feel right at home.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Close to 3rd Street Promenade

My reservation was for a room they did not have available when I arrived. I was given a double with no balcony when I booked a king with a balcony. The reservation was pre-paid... not something I am at all used to and will never do again... so I felt stuck. The room they put me in was "recently renovated" but smelled of smoke and sewer. Construction all along Pico and in the hotel itself was annoying. No included room wifi and the only room honor bar was water bottles at $5 each... what a waste. The amenities in the room were less than what I am used to - I normally stay at the Palomar/Kempton suites or the Angelino but decided to stay closer to the beach this trip. Save your money and pick a better hotel. The only good thing was free guest parking - no valet... but 1 day into my stay they closed that off and I had to ask for my car instead of just getting up and going. 15 min delay each morning just to get my car. At least they comped the valet but I had to insist.

Internet was not available in the room without an additional fees, that considering the price already paied, over 300$ per night, it is not justified. The room are not big at all!

They offered us newly renovated and decent sized rooms with a great view as well as macaroons. The hotel had indeed a favourable location on a hill.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Santa Monica pier and other attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace to relax on. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
